Some guys at my church recommended bodybuilding.com I have not started with any heavy lifting but the site shows you exercises to do and seems pretty easy to follow. Eventually I will be hopping on that wagon too just don't have a gym membership right now :-) good luck to you!!!!

Went to gift opening for sil wedding and didn't eat cake :-) and last night at wedding I didn't overeat and only had 2 drinks :-)

This makes me laugh cuz the other night we were at my sister in laws house hang in out have in a good time and apparently I had a few sexy moves I didn't even know I had! Haha a few drinks were involved but I was feeling sexy and confident that night...totally not like me! But it was fun!

I have been drinking 4 cups of iced green tea every day for the last two weeks. I eat 3 squares a day and if I exercise that day, than I'll eat IF I'm hungry. If I have the extra calories to eat than fine but if I'm not hungry than I don't worry about it. My body will tell me what it needs.

I just did 10 days on level 1 and today started level 2. I plan on 10 days at each level. I was excited to move on to level 2 I like to change things up I was starting to get bored :-) good luck shredding its amazing!

I work at a hospital and we are allowed to use Physical Therapy workout equipment anytime after hours. We also have alot of incentive programs going on throughout the whole year. This year some depts are doing a "biggest loser" challenge and its $50 to get in so the prize should be awesome!

I'm an egg eater too :-) I like to make "egg cups" by filling a muffin tin with egg whites, crumbled turkey sausage and a lil cheese and baking that. Its an easy way for me to have a quick hot breakfast and easy portion control its less than 100cals for one so I will have toast or fruit with that too.
