alright team - Time to get ourselves back on track. Pick ourselves up, start eating right, logging everything, and excercising like there's no tomorrow. I know we can do this, look at our team. I've known most of you for a good while now and umm...we ALL know what to do and how to do it. Let's get it done!!!! For the…

Don't forget....I need starting weights by today/tonight or FIRST thing in the morning. On another note, I love our new signature, and I think it looks like FZY :) But...I am stupidly challenged when needing to add this to MY signature. Anyone care to tell me how to do it? PS - I know how to change it , but I don't know…

I would LOVE it if you wanted to create a signature for our Kick *kitten* team! Also I'm not sure you need to specify for the Advanced or Regular, I haven't seen the Captain spreadsheet yet. So for now, yes, please let me know which one you are doing or if you are doing both.

you could also substitute the brown sugar with Splenda Brown Sugar substitute. The sound great!

Hey team, this week has been an all around great one for me. I finally hit under 200 pounds (yesterday I was at 199.2) I've done great with food and water and excercising as well. I finally added my 3 miles from Tuesday night, and last night I added 50 crunches and 200 jumping jacks to our challenge. Where does everyone…

the same way as others do. We walk/run/jog, do push ups, sit ups, lunges, jumping jacks. There are a TON of things you can do without a video or gym membership.

Ha! Looks like PatientBear decativated his account.

FYI - I plan on doing some serious crunching tonight after I put the kiddos to bed. I'll post them later as long as internet is up and running at home, otherwise I'll add them in the morning. Feels SO good to be able to support the team and complete challenges now that we are settled in our new home. Go Team!

Monday - water goal met, excercises done. No logging as no internet available. Tuesday - water met, under calorie goal, excercises done (I doubled up and did Monday's and Tuesday's as well), also included a 3.3 mile run and did 50 of the 200 jumping jacks that are for Wednesday. Here's to hoping we all have a successful…

Hey team, I should be back and full force. Internet should be up and running at my new house and I can finally check the youtube videos. Boy moving is so taxing, I feel like I haven;t contributed much at all. I will pledge 100 towards the crunch challenge and get started tonight...along with yesterday's challenge. I hope…

I'm gonna tear up the stairs at work today. I work on the first floor, and If I start from the basement and climb up...it's 63 stairs total to the top floor. I'll run up and run down and then the stairs will be all set. I'll whip out the jumping jacks after work tonight and the globe jumps I'll do way later tonight. As for…

Hi everyone! So sorry about not being able to get in here to comment and encourage and motivate. We closed on a home on Friday the 5th and have been renovating non-stop, morning till night. Just back to work yesterday, and finally got all our stuff in the house late last night. This may not be the best week for me, but I…

Alright teammates - I will post my success on here as well. All goals got met today. Who nees a friend like that? The difference is so noticeable, and I have yet to buy new clothes too. They kind of hang on me..but I should probably pick up a pair or 2 or shorts that actually fit and I'm not constantly pulling up. Great job with all you've done so far. 40 pounds is no easy feat. Keep on doing what you are…

Hi you guys! My name is Angela..most of my information is on my profile, but here's a small rundown. I started MFP on 1/11/11 when a friend posted a picture of me on Facebook and tagged me in it. Here I was thinking every day how I thought I looked good. Well, that picture is what made me join. Since then I have lost 30.8…

What a great accomplishment. It's amazing that when people lose weight, not only do they feel better, but my oh my...I think you may have cut at least 10 years off your age. You look amazing!!
-
Count me in. I fell like the timing is right for this challenge for me. Let's do this! Also note that I currently am not on a team

I just did one on June 25th in Amesbury MA. Amazing..it poured before, and during and stopped when we were done. Lots of mud. Make sure you have sneakers that have tread on the bottom. You'll be fine Good luck and have fun!
