Awesome! I used to have calf muscles and recently re-discivered mine too! Makes you want to do some calf raises huh? Here's to hoping more muscles get defined and you find perhaps some arm muscles or a collarbone...or less chubby cheeks (actually this is what I'm hoping for) :)

Ok, this song totally gets me going as well. Just when I think I can't push myself any farther...I do.

no reward set for me. I strive to do all I can. I'm down 30 pounds since 1/11/11 and I have yet to buy new clothes. They are very loose, and I could probably use some more, but I'm not done yet. My reward will be when I'm completely done

1. Angela - Moooseee3 2. 7 week goal 12 pounds 3. I want someone to challenge me. I don't get that at home. I have the support, but no one who pushes me. Besides that, I'm a little competative :)

It appears you have slight more definition in your midsection, and you can tell from the backview as well. Stick with it. I'm on Day 11 today (although instead of Yoga I am stretching due to a hilly run yesterday and my legs/hips are killing me) I know I'm excited to see my 30 day results as well. Did you take any…
