Funny, I was just looking at their website earlier today. I'm curious to know what everyone says as well

This brought me back to my first 5K 2 years ago. You never forget your first race. Awesom job, and cross country too! Simply amazing girl! Keep up your great effort and try for another soon. :)

Just keep doing what you are doing. It will get easier, and when you think you can't run anymore...push yourself. You'd be amazed at what you are capable of when you say I CAN do this! Best of luck you

My first 10K was 2 years ago..and I had never run more than 5 miles. I finished at 1 hr 8 minutes and 59 seconds. I thought it wasn't so bad. I didn't run at all last year ( not sure why, it just didn;t happen). I am signed up for numerous races this year and a 10K on Columbus Day in Boston. so excited and I think any time…

Love the brand! Not so much lacy briefs, but Gillian O'malley is great for underwear or bras...and very affordable!
-
yay for panty hose that fit!!! I so hear you on this!
-
I'm going to go with no on this one. You want to start each day as a brand new day. So...eat your calories, workout, log and repeat :) Good luck

Way to go! Wearing a dress, smaller panthose and floppy shoes = Success! Keep up your fantastic work!

Wow...13 pounds in a month and a half and down 4 sizes? That's amazing. I'd down 27 pounds and am still wearing the same size. This goes to show you everyone carries weight differently. Congratulations to you

This looks great! I may have to give it a whirl when I get home. :)

Adorable!

Are you kidding me? $160 for a "rack"? I say get a bench and do the same thing. You can totally do push ups (many variations), dips, squats, heck anything that gets you moving. Get some free weights and put them to use. There are so many things you can do with basic things that are WAY cheaper than this. Why pay all that…

I'm 5'7" and my goal wieght is about 175-180. I'm muscularly built, and that would put me at about a size 10. I'm good with that. Less than that....for me....is too small in my eyes.

I'm with Sarahnicole on this one.. Polar FT7 Love it Love it Love it!

What an amazing accomplishement you have achieved! You must be so proud. That takes hard work, dedication and eating right. Fantastic!
-
You will be ok...and it will get easier. Just do your best, and with each time..progress will be made. Don't move to the next level until you feel you are ready. I started here at 234..and was doing the 30 day shred at that weight...it is possible. Good luck to you

yep Saucony for me too! Love them!
-
Way to go Rick! Such an accomplishment. So glad to be on this journey with you!

Country Kitchen Light Oatmeal Bread - 35 calories a slice - Trust me...I tried so many other brands of oatmeal bread before I discovered this. Everyone in the house likes it too! Score!
-
you my friend have done an amazing job. This isn't easy by any means. You should be so proud! Keep on rockin' !
-
And that, is a great place to start. Congratulations to you!
-
First and foremost...I have done about 1/2 of the 30 day Shred so far...and love it. Second, I got her new Ripped in 30 for my birthday (3/12) and put it to use 2 days ago. Holy mother of God! It is WAY harder then the Shred. But...I bet the results will be amazing. Just my 2 cents :)

I guess that would depend on what you are doing for excercise and how long you are working out. I have the FT7 and love it.
-
a cheeseburger and fries from 5 Guys Burgers & Fries. And the fries....with lots of vinegar. Yum!
-
Way to go girlie! Best feeling ever is putting on something you haven't been able to wear and having it fit the way it should. Congratulations to you!
-
What would you have to gain by lying to yourself...and your partner? Really? My husband supports me, and he was supposed to be on board as well...but so far it seems to be just me. Nope I don't lie about my weight. I update it when it falls off, and I'm proud of that.
-
I think congratulations are in order for you. Nice job, and accomplishment. Now go get playing...it's so fun!

Before I got my HRM... I input it as a new excercise labeled 30 Day Shred Level 1, and then estimsted 200 calories. Then I got my HRM and it turns out for me it was about 230-240.
