And holy *kitten* to some of these responses. You guys really beat a dead horse. I asked for recipe ideas not a psycho analysis of my post and definition of trigger food. How my post of what I eat somehow offended people is beyond me. Remind me to just use google from here on out

No allergies, just wanting to eat less of those things as when I eat sugar (I'm talking sugar products not fruit) I want more and I always feel pretty cruddy after eating carby and sugary things. Dairy is in everything but I feel like I get acne when I eat it a lot and cheese is for sure a food that makes me crave more and…

Mmmmm...coffee and frappes! Wait...what am I supposed to be saying? Basically this thread has just made me really want to feed my caffeine addiction.

feel free to add me! I am newly vegetarian but trying to eat mostly vegan based diet. I have gone vegan before so I'm familiar with a lot of recipes. The biggest issue I am running into is recipes that are high on protein as I am also starting to lift weights and need a super high protein diet to build muscle.

My mom and dad are gluten free, I have decided to go vegan, my husband hunts things and we all get along. I feel like people should just eat what they want if that's their person choice. I don't preach to people about my choice to be vegan yet believe me, people have plenty to say about MY CHOICE. I can see it getting…

feel free to add me too!

I'm getting ready to go vegan in a couple weeks (need to finish up the dairy products in my house haha!) I went vegan before and lost weight then started eating a bunch of processed food so I quit. Really wanting to go at it again :)

or maybe a veggie chili? good for when you don't have too many ingredients but have at least a can of beans and diced tomatoes

spaghetti squash with tomato sauce or if you have a veggie spiralizer I prefer making zucchini noodles which I saute and add 1/2 cup of garlic and herb tomato sauce (35 calories) per 1 zucchini spiralized (33 calories) then I have 3 turkey meatballs (75 calories) and maybe a little fat free feta on top or a side of 35…

Feel free to add me! My friend list of actual active friends is growing smaller. They're dropping like flies!

I'm having the issue that my calories eaten won't show up in Fitbit. It says connected however so I'm not sure how to fix our issues

I just ordered fitbit charge HR, sooo excited!! Sorry, I can't help with your question but I figure I'll have the same issue.

I know this post is a few months old but I'm from cinci too :)

Rice protein powder is what I use. It's low calorie (60 calories per 1 tablespoon and 12 grams protein). No sugar added http://www.amazon.com/Nutribiotic-Organic-Protein-Plain-Pound/dp/B0033T8CZK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1418921144&sr=8-2&keywords=rice+protein

pssstttt, you can also watch it free on youtube :) I gave it a trial run on there and then enjoyed it so I broke down and shelled out the $10 haha. I also bought the next one, 30 day ripped I think it's called?
-
I'm starting today, add me if anyone starting up wants a support buddy to keep going! I would love someone to keep me accountable :)
-
have any of you all done the jillian michaels 30 day shred? I did it about a year ago and had great results. If anyone wants to join me on this as well I'm starting it up. It's a mighty little 20 min workout! You can watch it for free on youtube or can buy it for about $10 at target.

I've always heard that abs are really hard to actually show because your body fat has to be down enough to see the abs. So you could have a 6 pack but wouldn't know it if you have a layer of fat covering. Either way, it's important to have strong core muscles and it would be really awesome to have some abs someday :)

awesome! I just did day one, the flutter kicks after doing a bunch of squats and lunges during my regular workout were super tough!

I think I missed my calling at being a hairdresser, I've had people think that before. No, I'm just a vain nurse who likes nice hair :) AANNNDDD, I still have a solid year and a half before I'm 30 haha (but whose counting down :/ )

guessing by name sportyspice"87" you are 27 years old, technophobe (from sad phone/lack of photo), in a relationship haha. I'm terrible at this!

this thread made my morning just a little bit better haha

sent you a friend request! It's my first day back to MFP since months of slacking off :) I'm back at it though and needing support!

You can technically gain weight while eating clean, I agree with that but eating whole foods or even incorporating more fruits and vegetables in your diet has significant health benefits that can't be ignored. I think of eating "clean" the same as eating things closer to nature but I could be mistaken? Sometimes it's more…

I've done the same thing with losing focus. I lost 12 lbs then gained it back and then some! So frustrating! I've started back up with MFP to get back on track and fit comfortably in my pants haha! I love buying new clothes but not because I can no longer fit in my old ones. I need motivational friends as well, I sent you…
