  • I buy Vega Sport Electrolyte to keep my salts, magnesium and potassium high. It's one of the only mixes out there with no sugar. It's my go to solution to avoid keto flu. Also Starbucks will do any drink you want with heavy cream. They have sugar free vanilla and cinnamon solve syrups that won't knock you out of ketosis.…
  • You can do keto with plant-based fats but it is tough. One of the biggest things people struggle with in keto is keeping the fat grams above the protein grams. Eating plant-based you won't have to worry about that. There are tons of delicious fats in coconut and avocado. But you will have to worry about carbs a fair bit…
  • It doesn't knock me out of ketosis but diet soda can be very addictive, which can cause emotional eating and carb relapse. I save it for the movies or when I get an occasional lettuce-wrapped burger.
  • Congrata on the change. You may get "keto flu" so be sure to keep your salt intake a bit high or supplement with sugar-free electrolyte drink mix. Feel free to add me as a friend.
  • I have also had amazing results with keto and fell off the wagon. Please add me!

  • Hi there, I just put on 20+ pounds due to stress. I am doing what I did before to lose weight which is to go to a low carb diet and supplement my workouts with yoga. I have already lost 4 pounds and feel much more relaxed. The thing that works about yoga is the deep breathing, not the exercises and stretching itself.…
  • Hi there! Do you exercise? If you do exercise a lot, then maybe your body needs the extra calories. I love chocolate too but I struggle with sugar addiction myself. If I have anything that is sugary or starchy, it's all over - I am eating the entire bag. So, in order to lose any weight, I have to have several small meals a…
