Have been hitting the gym pretty a hard for about a month. Excited to see results with MFP. Have never tracked macros but have always had a clean diet. I was really surprised that I am 50g of carbs under each day. Makes me consider keto but I am more of a plant based diet kinda girl. Thoughts appreciated. Add me

You can do keto with plant-based fats but it is tough. One of the biggest things people struggle with in keto is keeping the fat grams above the protein grams. Eating plant-based you won't have to worry about that. There are tons of delicious fats in coconut and avocado. But you will have to worry about carbs a fair bit with legumes and such. Hope this helps! Check out vegan recipes at healthfulpursit.com.1
