AGREED. It INCREASES your appetite to make you want food more, but you don't have to eat it just because you want it Workout and stay within a healthy calories deficit and you won't gain weight.

Alright, I'll follow them tips :) and yes, I'm in a healthy weight range, but I have love handles that jiggle and my stomach jiggles/ is flabby and gross.....

:ohwell: I have it set to 1 lb loss per week and MFP says around .9 per week so should I still lower it? I am so new at this weight loss stuff :ohwell:
