Is this considered lightly active? I'm walking around campus about 12-20 minutes a day (passing time) and extra walking at least 2-3 times a week for 5-10 minutes, plus I bowl about once a month for about two hours and work out on an elliptical for 10 minutes or a treadmill for about 13-15 minutes at least twice a week and…

Plateau?
Hi everyone, I've been stuck at 119.5 for about a month now, I've even upped my calories and started working out more and sometimes eating only 1200 and sometimes up to 2000 and exercising, still stuck at 119.5, I can't get the last 10.5 pounds off..../:

Fat.
Why does MFP say that I need around 14/15 grams of sat fat and nothing of Poly and monounsaturated? Isn't sat bad and poly/m a bit good for you? I'm fricking confused. Lol.

Calories?
I've been eating around 1200-1600 calories a day, maybe a little less no less than 600 ( low, but that's when I'm just laying in bed all day ), working out at least two or three times a week.
