it doesn't really offend me, I just don't really feel comfortable admitting that I was a certain way, or congratulating myself. And for awhile, I didn't even think I looked thinner. I mean, if I have a friend who is interested in losing weight, then I will gladly tell them and we can motivate each other.

That's a good factor. I'm a full-time college student with a super busy schedule and haven't gotten much sleep the last few weeks.

Mine BY FAR is when girls of a healthy body weight claim that they're fat. You might have a little bit of extra body fat, but that won't kill you!!! Especially as someone who has had weight problems since birth, I mean, just because you're not a twig doesn't mean you're fat!

I'm 19, and I've always been a big girl. I was over 10 pounds at birth. I have tried before to lose weight, but never made a serious enough commitment, so it didn't work. What really did it in for me was last year when I started college. I was very stressed and I tried to drown it all out with food, but it ended up not…

I drink at least 3-4 cups of water per day, including like a whole bottle at the gym. I also eat right, although I usually go after like a 200 calorie (or less) breakfast, usually a bowl of cereal or something simple like that. I also eat a lot of carbs, so I can see all of your comments being valid.

YESSS!!! I'm a huge band geek, actually studying music in college!!! I play clarinet and sing mainly, but also play piano, guitar, tenor sax, bari sax, bass clarinet, percussion, violin and viola. I'm also learning flute and alto sax this semester!! Add me if you wish :)
