too skinny?

I'm a full-time college student. I walk around buildings and/or campus roughly 45 minutes a day, including to and from the train station. I always take the stairs (it's a 3-floor building), so should I list my activity level as sedentary or lightly active? I'm adding in marching band and gym time as workouts.

Quick question about my workouts...
I currently work out 3 days a week on BodBot and I'm on level 4 (very). On Monday I am getting my wisdom teeth out and was told to reduce physical activity. I don't want to skip workouts while I recover, but I am looking to water them down. Should I go down to level 2 (a little) or even further to level 1 (not much)?
