Quick question about my workouts...

I currently work out 3 days a week on BodBot and I'm on level 4 (very). On Monday I am getting my wisdom teeth out and was told to reduce physical activity. I don't want to skip workouts while I recover, but I am looking to water them down. Should I go down to level 2 (a little) or even further to level 1 (not much)?

I would listen to the Dr, give yourself some tome to rest/recover After I had my wisdom teeth removed it was really hard to eat/drink r/I causing a dry socket

I would do something light. Some people have a hard time with wisdom teeth (others not so much). If you have anesthesia, or the teeth are deep rooted ....you might have a harder time.

Maybe some yoga .... work your flexibility & balance a little..... or just go for a brisk walk.
