Hello all. My name is Grace, and I'm a 21 yo student. I started on MFP when I was 18, and through a healthy lifestyle and diet/exercise I went from 187 lbs to 122 in 54 weeks. I have struggled over the last couple years. I currently weigh 150 lbs, making me overweight (again) and I feel myself getting fatter by the minute. I have a very stressful schedule which causes me to overeat at times and not have time for the gym. I have lost my way and I need some new motivation.
