I want to focus on toning my arms and abs this summer. What are some good exercises/routines for me to do to achieve a flat, toned stomach and less flabby arms?

    Really depends on how much BF% you want to lose, which will give you the "tone" look you're after. A good resistance program can help with that (Starting Strength, Stronglifts, ICF, NROLFW), as far as specific exercises, here are some:

    Core:

    Deadlift
    Squats
    Planks (all variations)
    L-sits (all variations)
    Toes to bar
    V-holds
    Russian Twist
    etc....

    Arms:

    Pull ups
    Chin ups
    Push ups (all variations)
    Dips
    etc....

    I personally don't do much isolation exercises for core or arms, most compound exercises take care of that already.
