body fat percentage confusion?

I haven't been keeping too close a track on my body weight. I have lost 53.5 lbs since February, but since May, my body fat percentage has only gone down 1.09%. Am I doing something wrong? I lift and tone some, on lighter weights (15-20 lbs on dumbbells, 30-50 on barbells depending on target area). I am almost to my goal, so will toning help? Or is this a normal thing? (I highly doubt it is). Any advice would be great. Happy New Year!!

    What was your starting BF%? What are you now? How are you measuring?

    What type of plan did you follow? Macros? Exercise regimen?

    How are you measuring your body fat? You can get huge variations depending on the type of measurement. What was your weight when you had it measured and what is it now?
