I will be wearing my red tomorrow!! I love that my work gets involved so we can wear red and jeans and buy a cute button to wear that was made by a 7 year old survivor! :)

The only time I can work out is in the morning before I get the kids and I ready for the day. I eat oatmeal a half an hour before I do my insanity work outs. Should I try to work out at night instead?

I am on day 11 as well and I totally agree that this week I am not as sore as last week. Has anyone used a post workout shake/bar after doing their workouts? I am curious if they are worth it...

Looks like I started a week after you guys but I need some motivation!! So far I have not missed a workout and dont plan on missing any in the future. I was really sore the first week but this week has been ok!!

More water!! This is the answer. I had horrible headaches when i started my new workout. In the book it came with it directly says that the headaches are normal in the beginning. Your body is getting dehydrated a lot quicker so you have to constantly drink water.
