Headaches?

I started MFP 25 days ago and have noticed that I've been getting strange, dull headaches almost everyday. I am prone to getting headaches so it might not be related, but these feel different. Think it could be diet related? Anyone else have this problem?

I have and i thought I would give it another week or so cause I have changed my diet drastically. I have cut out the majority of processed foods and refined sugar... But your not alone

I had headaches in the beginning. It was the body adjusting. But I am not a doctor.

I noticed the headaches too but I figure that is my body adjusting to the different foods in my system as well as the new workouts I have been doing. I drank a ton of extra water and had a little bit of juice to give me some sugar in my system. That helped a lot! I think the water helped more. I would say, just work on staying hydrated and make sure you are eating enough of everything. Good luck!

I was getting headaches often when I started. I was drinking more than enough water and eating right so thought it was strange then someone had mentioned to me that aspartame could do that. Well, I cut out all aspartame from my diet and started eating greek yogurt instead of other lite yogurts that had aspartame. Since then my headaches are gone!! Do not know if you are including aspartame in your diet but if so this may be it....just a thought!!

More water!! This is the answer. I had horrible headaches when i started my new workout. In the book it came with it directly says that the headaches are normal in the beginning. Your body is getting dehydrated a lot quicker so you have to constantly drink water.

Thanks everyone! It helps to know it's not just me. I will definitely start drinking more water. That's probably it. :)

In addition to drinking more water, make sure you are eating enough. I was getting lots (I mean lots) of water but found with exercise I was falling short on my calories. Now, I keep up with it, no headaches.
