I do it daily, I find it keeps me far more accountable. Trying to do measurements once a week though, I'm really lax with those.

I cannot wait to lose more from my chest. When I've lost weight before it seems to come from there first, so I'm hoping it will be the same this time. Think it just depends on the individual though sadly.

I think it can help, yes. I know for me it helps keep me focused and on track, and I've not even had my blog for long only a few weeks. I think it's going to be useful to be able to use a blog to record when I hit certain milestones etc. It can't hurt to try, and if you don't like it/ find it helpful you can always just…
