i'm on a FFS week too my scale says i put on a pound - i know i have alot of water retention but it still doesn't help. amazing difference well done, i am on day 4 and i think Jillian is gonna kill me at the moment hopefully it will get better - the worst bit is feeling the belly wobble and the boobie bounce when doing jumping jacks i find lol Well done hunny x

Totally agree This site makes you evaluate WHAT you are eating more so than a DIET i lost a far bit before joining but just stopped losing and accicentally came across this site when playing with my new blackberry. I was that person that didn't eat much at all and did not know why i couldn't loose. Hell i would loose loads…

it makes sence to be under sodium but why does it state so high, from what i have read (so far) people seem to say that you should try and reach the macros stated. Very confused :(

Day 1 completed for me today. Just totally run out of time yesterday. However i completed today and since there are 31 days in march i am still on track lol. Have to say did it this morning with 4lb weights and my forearms are really aching now - obviously do not use those muscles much. Roll on tomorrow, and gym do not…
