If you tried to amp it up on the same day, your chest was probably gassed so you couldn't do what you normally do. Just take an additional recovery day and give it a shot next time or simply add a rep to everything you do. It will still help build towards your strength goal

I say eat after your evening workout. Your body needs that extra food to build muscle and run off of while your sleep. If you like milk put your protein in milk at night. Milk has casein protein which is slow digesting so you have a steady supply for longer at night. Other than that eat a little bit when your hungry. Your…

Shin splints suck!!!!! I remedied them. Follow the others directions especially that active.com link 1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8B1XvEbJUKE This video leads to the #1 shin strengthening technique I know of. I also cocked my foot in dorsiflexion and held a kettle bell up with my foot. 2. Change your shoes. If you do…

Just as others have said. More protein and healthy fats/whole foods, dink water between bites and a cup or 2 before eating, and lift weights or do bodyweight resistance training. The muscle you build will help you urn more calories daily without having My side advice is to add spices to your food. High fiber foods like…

I seen someone say Body Fortress!!!! I just got mine again. I really like the Chocolate Peanut Butter. I don't like any protein in plain water, but it is tasty with milk. you could also try adding cinnamon to it!

Every 2-3 hours with a cup or 2 of water

No sir. You can take a muscle group to failure once to really kick it and tell it to grow but you don't have to. You already see the benefits. When you take out that last rep you go more towards strength. To continue to pack on muscle with high reps you have to keep getting stronger as well. Arnold and the majority of…

1. To dig up the 8-10 pack I know I have lurking under the outline I can see. 2. To inspire my wife to be and beautiful baby girl 3. To show everyone that I have the knowledge and that I can help them change their body by promoting my body

Hello, I am not sure if this has been mentioned before, but I can definitely give a suggestion or 2. I never really hit my protein goal, but that will change shortly. (PROTEIN SUPPLEMENT COMING IN)!!! Here are my suggestions below. 1. Milk. I say go for whole milk. There is a lot of jazz around skim and low fat milk, but…

Haha yeeesss I am all up in this! I gained just a little at school after losing 20 lbs my freshman year. Now that I am at a lower weight I keep bouncing but I believe I will have it this time. Almost everything at my school can be found using "aramark on campus." You can check to see if it is similar at your college…

Sounds like you need to eat more and find some fun exercise. Good luck

Man I caught this post late. I am the most consistent person you will ever meet, at least I plan to be. Feel free to add me and lets keep winning one step at a time

Cinnamon, Cumin, flax seed, garlic powder, black pepper. This is all I use
-
New protein supplement, shoes, and I got a battle rope last goal.

Bingo, this guy said it first! If you stuff yourself with a crapton of veggies AND get some lean protein, you will not dive into the higher 2000 calorie meals. Quality broccoli (2 cups) and chicken breast (1 cup 8 ounces) will be under 500 even with spices. Good luck!

Most definitely feel free to add me. I message people every once and a while and I am studying and have tried a multitude of things. Feel free to add me, I don't mind a little, or a lot, of chit-chatting :)

I have a question. Will a mile not count if I have not burned 100 calories? I burned only a small amount yesterday but got in 5 miles. I still manually put it in, but I just wanted to know if it still counts

Your odd processes sugars differently than other sugars. No sweat

Milk, spices, parmesan cheese, eggs

I just checked on the site. I may not be able to hit the mileage everyday but I will get these 60 miles in 2 weeks. About to put this bike to work and get these legs moving. I start today!!!
-
Does this include biking and/or stationary bikes?
-
You should use bodyweight and start with push ups, and supple net them with inverted rows until you get stronger. If you can't do push ups, do walk push ups and incline push ups.
-
I use resources outside of the gym. I ride a bike in the park and I mash it up this steep hill and then cruise it down. I do this a couple of times. I also try to keep up with a car that is going 20mph and up until I feel my stomach burn or my legs are almost to failure If I must do it in the gym I do burps to jumping pull…

Add me if you like. I am consistent, just need to meet my goal more

Honestly can't say since I am not huge but I wanted to add my quick 10 cents 1. If you haven't already add resistance to your ab workout. Not only will this challenge you, but it will fill your abs more and build just a tad bit more muscle. We can eat all the protein we need to but it is useless if we never challenge…
