Just say "no" to Dr. Oz. I put half and half in my coffee and account for it. I just try and stay away from the flavored stuff with all the additives.

Last night I was looking up Rib Eye Steak- Grilled and I found an entry for 8 oz at 146 calories. Ummm... I don't think so! LOL

Feel free to add me too! I eat a minimum of 1950 and I add back half of what I exercise. I'm on a weight lifting program with just a couple days of HIIT cardio and I'm seeing results- and not suffering!!! :)

I've been lifting now for about 8 weeks and I LOVE it! Just started carb cycling today- not sure I love that so much! LOL

Hi, I'm new to this board, and I'm going to set my goal at 3500 calories for this first week. I see some of you at 7000 and more! Wow! Good Luck to everyone!
