Hey! I've been doing it a week now, we naturally fast during sleep anyway so as soon as 9 o clock hits I stop eating, have just a coffee in the morning and resume eating at lunchtime around 12:30 pm just something light and carry on with my allocated calories until 9pm again :) lost 7lbs the first week :)

I can completely relate! Back in 2013 I went from 12st to 9, now at the start of 2015 ive put most back on, I'll add you and perhaps we can help one another out :smile:

I'm the exact same at the moment too! I'm back to work, family stresses and generally life has got in the way :) Haven't been motivated for the past few weeks but i'll add you! Hopefully we can help each other get back on track!

5ft1 here! My goal is 112lbs but all depends on how i feel when i get closer to it! As to whether I stop and maintain before that or after. I'm gonna go with how i feel :)

Another fun sized girly here too at 5ft'1 :) SW was 154lbs, i'm currently at 138.6! It's so hard for us fun sized lot! There's no where for anything to hide when your so short :)

I have no set pattern for weighing, well not yet anyways! At the moment I weigh roughly every 3 weeks as i prefer to see a bigger loss, every time i weigh i'm averaging a 5.6lb loss :) I'd say do whatever you feel most comfortable with :)

Hello fellow shorties! I'm 5ft 1, I started out at 154lbs. I'm currently 148.4lbs, but really want to get down to 112! It's nice to hear how people in my height range are getting on as we often struggle with weight! Feel free to add me i'm kinda new here :)

YES! I can totally relate! My brother and dad are always going on about how 'exercise and diet' obsessed I am, well i'm sorry but as far as i'm aware wanting to eat healthier and exercise more is most definitely a good thing! I'm going to continue doing what i'm doing anyways! If i've lost 6lbs so far, i've gotta keep…
