Trying o get back on track again

Ive really slacked the last three months as my nursing job and the stress of my relationship pulled me down so much that I need motivation to get back on track again. I'm looking for friends who are on the same boat as I am or who is willing to motivate:)

  • Hey, feel free to add me. You've done really well to have lost all that weight so far! I'm in the same boat as you - I've been slacking lately. I've written myself a new gym programme and even after the terrible weekend I've had, I'm feeling motivated for the new week!

    Maybe setting yourself a goal/target might help? I've set myself a target of losing a stone by Christmas. At about 1lb/week, it's achievable. No point setting yourself unrealistic goals as you're setting yourself up for a fall. Good luck! :-)

    i'm in same boat huni so please add me.my problems have been with the children being off in the 6 wks hols it was just too hard for me to focus on what I should have been doing for myself and I let bad habits creep back in. naughty chocolate treats and take aways :cry: but now they are back to school i'm determined to get back on track and have been good this wk ( apart from couple of biscuits ) and lost 5lb this wk :bigsmile:

    so fingers crossed we can motivate each other and keep this up.

    I'm the exact same at the moment too! I'm back to work, family stresses and generally life has got in the way :) Haven't been motivated for the past few weeks but i'll add you! Hopefully we can help each other get back on track!

    Ad me if you want I'm in the same situation. Keep having a few good weeks and losing a bit then have a few bad weeks and put it back on, I can't snap out of it!!!
