My husband I bought one tub as it was convent to have for breakfast as we have a long and early commute. It was expensive and didn't work for us. Bought a set of Whey that has protein/low gi carbs for a fraction of the price to mi in with our own homemade shakes instead.

Yes when I put my calorie burn in MFP I eat to that limit so around about 1700 - 1800, set to 1400 cals on restdays. My calculations had it at 1200 as my BMI is in the right range so I added a couple hundred more on because TF is mainly cardio. My split is 40% Protein, 40% Carbs and 20% Fat although at the moment still…
