I weigh 142 right now. i think i want to be somewhere around 124. Basically, my upper body is fine I just need to lose leg weight! I have a lot of muscle though.

Cardio is not enough. Strength training helps a lot! It builds lean muscle which burns more calories than fat.

I love food and constant snacking! I'm trying to cut back and exercise more so I can get shape for track. I'm not overweight but I would like to be more fit.
