it sounds like you are on the right track. if you workout like you say, eating 1400-1700 should be fine. Maybe look into getting a HRM and just follow your calories closer to aid in weight loss. I love boxing type workouts too. I feel it made a different when I was doing that once a week.

I read the labels. Even on my eggs! Size and type make a difference. The eggs I buy are 80 cals. Most eggs have less. But mine come from sexy happy veggie chickens! For things I cannot measure - I guess. I've been counting calories long enough to guess when necessary.

I've used kettlebells before. I thought it was fun. I didn't use a whole lot but I feel like it would have been beneficial - esp if I had videos and someome instructing me. There is a lot you can do with them I guess. oh - it's good to have gloves on while using it. Just powder doesn't help enough IMO.

I do stir fry lean beef and broccoli (sometimes frozen "stir-fry veggies" too). Lots of ginger and garlic, a dash of soy sauce and soba sauce. I also eat this with nori seaweed for wraps instead of lettuce. I eat this a lot actually. Sometimes I just sautee a load of veggies and wrap them up.

hydrating the skin helps with the elasticity. drinking lots of water and keeping it moisturized. It's not a total solution but it helps the way it looks. I didn't have and bebehs, but I used to be much larger and have skin issues.
