  • This. Eat a protein snack after your workouts. Protein shake or nuts, some meat, cheese, eggs, anything really. Then you can eat dinner later. I usually have nuts, lunch meat, boiled eggs, or cheese or a Clif bar with me so i can Nom right after I'm done working out. I can tell the difference when I do this and when I dont.

  • defo not eating enough. take your measurements and bump up your kcals. if you're not "in shape" do toning exercises and resistance training but eat more than 800/day :):)
  • Trader Joe's has a Ranch dressing that is rather low calorie and really yummy. Like 30 cals in 2 Tbsp. I like to eat whole bags of chips, so yeah carrots are a decent alternative. If you have time to chop things, check out fresh zucchini & cucumbers too! yum.

  • It's like this for me too. my TDEE -20% is 1297. 25% is 1215 -15% is 1377 - too much unless I burn off like, 500 cals a day and don't eat them back. Eating at those numbers and getting in lots of exercise is what I have to do to lose. I didn't lose an ounce eating more than 1300. Sad.
