Bar speed is huge if your trying to gain strength. You should be focused on moving the weight as quickly and explosively as possible while under control.

I wouldnt squat till there healed. Some times it feels good to get some blood pumping in them but it sounds like you got some serious DOMS goin on and id just let them recover.

abs are made in kitchen for sure.i dont train my abs directly at allbut i have great genetics for them. Heavy deads and squats build core muscles.

thank you. Did form look solid to you? i usually pull doubles and singles started a more Bodybuilding style approach to everything so my form seems to break down a lil on higher reps

I agree with dude above and get monohydrate and yes it will still be absorbed without the sugar, The insulin spike the sugar provides does make your body absorb more tho.

creatine monohydrate will make you hold some water, PH adjusted creatine like kre-alklyn is suposed to keep bloat to a minimum.

^ or use a few mats. MOral of the story use the rack for whatever u want but if someone wants to squat be considerate and move, PEople will \get pissed at u for wasting ther time. ik if i gotta wait for 15 mins to start squating im not very happy.
