i changed my macros up to 35/35/30 cpf just because i tend to bloat from higher carb days. I have been over my calorie goal pretty consistantly yet im losing weight. COuld this be from dropping the carbs down?

FAt intake
Is it a bad idea to eat half of my daily fat intake in one meal? I eat alot of eggs for breakfast and it uses a nice chunk of my fats up. Im always under at the end of the day I just didnt no if it was a good idea to eat that much at one meal.
