any one have any experience with alkaline water? A guy i train with is a ex WWE wrestler and is absoutly massive, HE is constantly telling me to get on this water and all these heath benefits is supposedly has, HE was giving it to me for free for a week or two now he wants couple bucks a jug. I wasnt on it long enough to notice any bennifits so im not really trying to pay for somthing i can get for free, I have read studys saying a alkaline enviorment is ideal for muscle growth and general heath. Any one got any input on it?

I haven't seen anything credible that suggests that you can significantly alter blood ph through diet as ph is tightly regulated. Nor do I believe that it's relevant to intentionally attempt to alter PH for anabolic purposes.
If you do have studies can you post them? That would be a place to start.0 -
^^agreed.
I would ask this guy for some studies on exactly what does what. Did he mention what health benefits? I am not aware of any and I am not sure why you would even want to try to increase your PH.0 -
its called kangen water i believe. Ik they had a booth at the arnold classic last year so its not a small thing by any means, He sells the machines which is why im leary of him, Ive always been told high levels of protein intake cause a acidic environment in your body and to balance it with fruits and such. an article about this subject Was in a muscular development magazine quite a while ago0

Alkaline water does nothing to alter your PH - it gets counteracted as soon as it gets to your stomach by the natural acids there.0
