do you think there better than seated presses? i usualy do DB Presses can use double the weight when seated. ive always been taught more weight through full rom = more mass/strength

i used to drag the decline situp bench to the cable station and do weighted crunches.. really hard compared to just holding a weight plus u get resistance at the top.

no my short head is massive from doing endless preachers. long head is the outer muscle, short head just helps to push it up but i realized when i took progress pics i have no biceps when u view from behind

thats 5 lbs a week, its possible but not healthy, dont go by a number on the scale use the mirror, judging by your pictures theres no way you need to lose 25 more lbs
