after exhausting Cooking Light monthly selections, I am often at a loss for websites that offer creative...but healthy options. i am interested in knowing where you go for recipes.

There are some really great tasting Lean & Green Recipes Here. I have tried most of them and they are great tasting Healthy recipe ideas. Having lost over 80 lbs and keeping it off, I love to help others do the same!

I like using the diabetic (although I'm not) options. You can also search for low cal, low fat, low this, low that. Also had good stuff on the 'healthy budget friendly" section.0 -
I don't have a favorite. I use Google. I type in the meat or ingredients and Google sends me where I want to be.0

Used to be Recipezaar.com. They have great recipes you can filter by ingredient and a lot of other categories.
Under Top Recipes (at the top) go to Recipe Sifter
Then you will see diet, nutrition, ingredient, etc to sort by. I LOVE this site!! They have fun games and such to play, making recipes and reporting. Makes for some great meals.0 -

www.hungrygirl.com
she takes your favorite 1500 cal foods and turns them into same tasting low cal versions. includes cheeseburgers, milkshakes and cake. :-) I made a tuna noodle casserole that went from 350 cals a serving, to 150 cals for an entire pan. saved my life.
here is an example, where she took a 720 cal avacado and swiss whopper and made it into a 250 cal better version.
