Prepping for a mens physique show

How should my diet be as im coming on to 4 weeks out from my first show?

Im 5'10, male, and weigh about 173lbs. My current macros are 170p/280c/45f

Any other help or tips would be greatly appreciated . Thanks :)

Also, should i still be using creatine? im only running 5g on days i train pre workout

    I would seriously be switching that carb and protein ratio asap. And post this on a bodybuilding forum with actual contest prep coaches.

    Oh, i've definetly started my diet. BUT for the next 4 weeks I wanted to get more conditioned and dialed in. So i was seeing if anybody had any tips or what to switch on my macros. I know i shoul;d be getting in atleast 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, my fats are relatively low, and i was told to keep my carbs high, so i can remain filled out, and hard

    This more protien less carbs, you carb load after weigh ins to fill back up. never done a contest but alot of my training buddys have
