I measure everything down to the last gram, and always log using the correct entries. My workout consists of 1 hour cardio(running or zumba) and 1 hour strength(body pump and/or cxworx)

I do have a "lot" of muscle mass, since I've been lifting weight for quite a while now. My muscle mass is 48 kg, while my fat mass is 24 kg.

Thank you so much!! That's what I've been trying to do the last year. I've really tried to tighten up, and prevent a tummy tuck, but that's just not possible. I work out 3-4 times a week, 2 hours pr. workout. I do a lot of zumba but also a LOT of body pump and cxworx. Sometimes I do body attack and spinning too, but mostly…

The love and support on MFP is amazing, I'm so moved and humbled. Thank you guys! For the ones who's been asking about how long I've been at it; I started in january 2012, so I just entered my third year! It hasn't been a quick weightloss, and even though I sometimes wish it would be over, I'm happy that I've managed to…

I just wanted to show y'all the progress I've been making, after starting Les Mills body pump twice a week(serious strength training). I now workout 3-4 times a week, cardio and strength. I've lost 5 lbs, lost fat, really firmed up my butt and gained some muscle!

Again, thank you so much for all the love <3 It's truly touching. I've gotten a LOT of comments about me wanting to lose another 45 lbs, and people who don't understand why I want to, so I've decided to show y'all why. I'm posting a picture, unlike any one I've ever posted before, and to be quite frank, I'm embarrassed and…

Haha omg that's weird. Well Dragør is far away from where I live. I live near Copenhagen.

I'm from Denmark haha :)

I'm so moved by all these beautiful comments, I have no words. Thank you so much everyone, y'all are amazing <3

Thank you for all your replies guys. I've read it all, and each of you have a good point. I think I'm gonna focus more on the weekly amount, and remember to just stop up and THINK about what I'm putting in my mouth. Often I don't need it - I'm not hungry. I just eat for the sake of eating(LOVE to eat though haha)! So thank…

Y'all are amazing! Thank you so much for all the kind words <3 Just gonna answer some of the questions: 1. On january 1st, 2014, I've been on my weightloss journey for 2 years. 2. I lost the weight the old fashion way : ate less and healthier and tried to stay as active as possible, with at least 2-4 intense workouts a…

Even if I used to workout 3-5 times a week? I'm getting a lot of sleep and staying hydrated, but I've been eating around 1250-1300 kcal pr. day, the last couple of months.
-
I really hope you're right haha!
-
I'm looking into the idea of upping my kcal intake, but I'm not loving it haha. The idea is frightening to me, but I'm staying open. Does anyone else have any other thoughts on my lack of progress, or does everyone agree that it's because of my low kcal intake?
-
So you guys think I'll be able to lose weight even while eating +1700 kcal pr. day? If I eat that many kcal, I'll be able to workout at least 3 times a week! I don't know, I'm scared that I'll gain weight, because on the bad days where I've eaten more that my net, and I've weighted myself in the morning, I'll always…

What, that seems so insane! :O There is NO way I'm losing weight while eating over 1700-1900 kcal daily - that I'm sure of! I've been on weightwatchers for about a year(janaury 2012 - february 2013), but started using MFP in february 2013. I started on MFP weighing 85 kg, and had a net of about 1500 kcal. I since lowered…

Me too!! I'm always cold, but even more so after working out, and I do also sit in a blanket for quite a while, or else I'll get nausea. I've gotten nausea a lot of times after working out because of this haha...

You guys are all AMAZING! thank you for all the beautiful and kind words! For all the one's asking: This has taken me about 18 months, and I started out on weightwatchers, switching to mfp in february. I've changed my eating habits, and started working out. No magical diets, just doing it the old hard way. I still have…
