I have been doing some additional research on sodium/salt and how much each person should have in a day, I myself have to watch this because it seems that too much sodium causes me not to rid of some of the xtras (through urine) that I dont need! Where are you reading that says you cant have some chocolate? Half it, instead of the entire thing:) that way you dont feel deprived and find yourself sitting down and eating many many many pieces later on:) Everyone has their own plan that works for them..soo not sure which one you have chosen:) YOU CAN DO IT:)
