Maybe a few pnut butter crackers. some cheese, cottage cheese..half of a nanner..and another glass or two of water..:)

I dont buy pringles at ALL anymore, the reason being, I will eat the entire container at one sitting..SOOO I LEARNED TO SAY NO!:)

I sooo needed to read this thread..was very helpful....Thanks for everyone's input:) I did read another helpful thread not long ago..that made soo much sense...it was on the lines of.............We should strive to be HEALTHY and not just a HEALTHY weight..sooo I suppose this could mean different things to different…

My sister..said she went on a low carb "DIET" once and was soooo grouchy she couldnt stand herself..(shrugging shoulders) I suppose deficits effect people differently:) I have felt my best since I started this one month ago:) Maybe a good question to ask a medical Dr. as well:)

IT's ok to tell these people..their negativity is not appreciated,,, that you are very happy that you are a more healthier you and they should be as well..and when they get serious about losing, you will introduce them to the "TRICK" (MFP) lol

Well hey there:) I am 43 also, and thanks to this program ,I am losing..I have realistic goal set at 1 lb a week:)

Sounds like to me, these people that have stated a comment, are talking from their experience.,.and they cant be shamed for that:) Everyone's situation is different, does he know you go through his phone? If not, then there are trust issues for sure:) and you have to ask yourself why ?

As weird as it seems, but the texture of the bread is what u maybe craving:) soo try pnut butter on something soft like hmmm a low carb soft taco tortilla:) (giggle) it may work.

That is what my medical Dr. told me to do..was to keep it "UP" that I might plateau but I have read soo many stories on here to help along............we are not the only ones...BELIEVE ME:) wtg on the changing up...I bet that will help you continue towards your GOAL:)
