I sooo needed to read this thread..was very helpful....Thanks for everyone's input:) I did read another helpful thread not long ago..that made soo much sense...it was on the lines of.............We should strive to be HEALTHY and not just a HEALTHY weight..sooo I suppose this could mean different things to different people..but watching all categories would be wise:) but dont be like me and beat yourself UP if you go OVER any of them:)0

Canned vegetables, vegetables that are pre-seasoned... they all have sugar, sugar, sugar.
Plenty of people on here eat normal foods, like the bread and canned veggies.... in mass quantities, and still lose weight.
I'm just here to say, "EWWW!!! GROSSSS!!!!"
There's little more disgusting than canned veggies.
Peas ... like brown little bits of mush inside of skin.
