I reduce my sodium, take an ALEVE and do some light walking:) I love my heating pad, very soothing plus it relieves the pain:)

I just started MFP this month..sooooooo my realistic goal is to lose 1 lb a week until I reach my GOAL weight of 160 lbs:) I actually weighed like one day and 2 days later..I had already lost 2 lbs..But I truly watching all the categories not just my calorie INTAKE:) Best of Luck to you on your journey!! To make yummy oatmeal from Old Fashioned Oats...just some things I use....I add 6 whole almonds...for sweetness I use AGAVE necatar or 1 Stevia pack ..I have used 1 teaspoon of sugar free syrup b4..You could always sprinkle some cinnamon over it as well..I like mine creamy soo I mix with skim milk b4 cooking.

I discovered tonight in the database here..some light beers has nothing but 90 cals..and no sodium soo I suppose your intake of sodium maybe less, some people drink way more beer than food, I have a friend who is very thin because she hardly eats but drinks..the long term effect, of her doing this..may not be healthy.

NOT FAMILAR WITH THIS..bUT I do know..that my loss doesnt show in lbs always..mine starts showing in pants sizes..strange I know but TRUTH..sooo inches I must say...I can relate..instead of losing lbs..maybe similar i'm not sure.

is that the same as acidolphus? I did read today about the benefits of Cinnamon (for digesting) and so many other good things as well:) I need to start taking GOOD bacteria again,..maybe the ulcers and acid reflux will go away:) whats your opinion.

Scales can be very discouraging to me..because my lbs show up as inches..for a long time..sooo even though Im losing it may not show on scales..I havent weighed since Dec..lol
