Hiya, so I am back to attemp to do this challenge again in December. I am pretty good with exercising, a bit worse to keep logging what I eat, as have 2 small kids and not much time for myself. But really want to loose my last 25 pounds,so have to try hardest.

Hiya, I got lost in my studies, exercise, kiddies and life in general. I am trying to stay away from PC, as it get in my way...I get too lost, and then I dont exercise. Anyway, I am back.

Morning everyone, SW-177po Week 1:172.5 pounds (-4.5) Week 2: 174 (+1.5) I guess, i kind of expected the gain, as i went on my normal sweet binge....but decided this time i need to do something about it, as I really need to loose this 20 pounds. So 17 pounds to go.

Starting weight 177 pounds-can't wait to see 157 on scale.

I used to hate running, but kind of pushed yself into it and even thou I only jogg (cant' call it running yet), I started to loving it. I can jogg for about 10-15 min, trying to make it up to an 30min. I would love to do some fun or muddy races sometines next year.

My goals are: 1) Reach 160 pounds 2) log my food daily, and really and truly have only one cheat meal a week 3) exercise 5x a week 4) add strenght training 3x a week to build some muscles
