  • My daughter is NOT a morning person, yet we get up and go to the gym at 5:10 each morning during the week. Put yourself first for a change. You deserve it if you are working that hard! Oh, then it is done and over before you ever really start you day! That is just an added bonus~!
  • You have lots of friends, have you scoured their diaries for fast ideas? Our favorites..... deli sliced roast beef in a wrap or pocket, nitrate free deli meats from Walmart, egg white and veggies and toast from breakfast, roast chicken from the store, salad....the list of fast and easy goes on and on.
  • What we do is bump each meal and snack by just a bit. An extra piece of toast with breakfast, adding more granola to the yogurt snack etc, etc. These add up quickly and will get you to your needed level and it is a very minor difference to eat at your scheduled meals and snacks. 300 made up over 6 meals/snacks is only 50…
  • What he said. If you are over 140 lbs your calories are too low. I would bump it to 1500 and watch the scale start moving again. just noticed when you started, my daughter was in the exact same spot as for being stuck. it lasted for 2 1/2 weeks...arghhh. Re-read Road Map 2.0, bumped calories 300 and viola! DO NOT QUIT!
  • We do one cheat meal a week. Our cravings vary from week to week and this does wonders to alleviate the feeling that we are suffering as opposed to making a choice. Panda has some new healthier options with their shrimp and chicken and it is DELICIOUS! We usually share a meal and share a dessert. Super satisfying and fun!

  • The below info is 3 years old, please update us on the current "cool" trends. Was in London this past summer and it was way cool....I was chuffed to bits! • I am super glad I have found the cool group, I was a little dismayed with the early offerings. But now that we are all together, let's get it done. It's what we responsible folks do. We have the resource, smarts, money and we ARE willing to work for the body we want. You can't be a rock star if you don't go to practice.…
  • Sweet! I should have just stuck to my age and let the coolness oooozz for itself...doh!
  • Well, well....what have I found here? A group of responsibly cool adults from my own generation? I'm not certain how I missed this....oh, that's right I was busy encouraging those Gen Y-er's that feel no obligation to reciprocate. I am glad I found the right place to be, if I in fact meet the required level of coolness.…
