I would try and eat back at least 1/3 of your exercise calories. That way you still have a deficit. Add in a glass of milk, it's full of almost everything you need after exercise :flowerforyou:

Snack, snack and snack some more! Fruit, nuts etc . I always find that if I have a snack sitting handy while I'm working or something then I tend to eat it without thinking! I hope you manage to find something that works for you :smile:

If your BMR is 1409 then you need to eat at least that in calories per day. It's the energy your body needs to function. I would recommend 1700 a day roughly :smile:

I hear you! I purposely stand at the front to make myself work harder! I can't stand the feeling of being watched but I need to get my confidence back so I zone in on the trainer and work my a** off, literally!! :happy:

Updated weight: 150.5lbs. Omt 0.5lb off this week but i guess its still a loss! :smile:

I would suggest weight training and lots of squats, planks, crunches and lunges to help you tone up. A massive we'll don't for what you have achieved so far! :flowerforyou:

I would say petite lol. That weight depends on muscle percentage etc. It might be worth you looking at what a healthy % of body fat is and aim for that? Best of luck.
