Eat more calories (mostly foods that speed up your metabolism, like chillis, green tea etc etc) and start working out at home in your spare time...just 30 minutes of high intensity if you can fit that in?

Jogging slowly and steady. Avoid steppers and strength things that use your calve. Do low (easy) weights for a longer time. Do pilates.. I know this is a more girly work out but give it a go :laugh: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9adXZJNLGdM

As a previous binge eater, I know what it's like to feel like you're out of control, and eat until you're way past full. Determine your triggers and avoid them. Mine was my Dad offering me his foods on a Sunday afternoon. Eat a banana instead of that junk food because you can't take control of those foods. Occupy yourself…

Ask your parents if you can have separate sides of the cupboard..or separate cupboards depending on your house. Put their food away from your view so you won't be tempted.
