I did not have a set activity amount when I set up my parameters, everyday when I log my activity I can choose to eat back those calories or not when they are added to my daily balance. If it is a day that I have worked hard and feel that I need them I eat them, if it is a day that I feel like I won't miss those calories…

I only do slim fast shakes when I am running out the door and have no time for actual food, it is not something that I should live on and so I do not make it my mainstay, but occasionally I do it so that I am not swinging into McDonalds or something when I just don't have the time to cook.

I LOVE PISTACHIOS and sadly they give me a very horrible stomach ache, no other nut does that and I like them all but really love those pistachios. But I guess it could be worse my daughter has an intolerance to dairy, I would have to cut out like half of my diet if I had that intolerance.

I have lost weight by walking, I would use a video in my living room and it was 3 miles a day. It came off slowly but was coming off, I did switch to something more active because it was coming off to slowly.

You should take the next week and write down 5 things everyday that you like about your body. Keep a running list and post it. It could include your eyes, hair, ears, ankles, whatever, it does not matter if you like the fact that you have less backfat than before, it is your list. This will help you focus on the positives…

the serving is in the left part of the box and you will put your portion in with decimal. It says 1.0, so if you only at 3/4 you would put .75, half would be .50 and so on.

I have no trouble getting in my 1200 cal. I have more trouble actually staying within that, you might think about treating yourself a little, I think LITTLE treats are good for us, unless there is some reason you can't have them.

I am not a fan of breakfast food, so really for me if you can eat it for lunch or dinner I am happy for it for breakfast as well. None of it seems weird to me.
