The worst thing you can do is exercise with a borken-tail bone, my son still has problems from a football injury; if you want to get back roller derby stay off of it and let it heal, just watch what you eat. Take care

One last thing remember all of us are different so we all lose weight at different rate I feel you on being frustrated I have lost 8 lbs now I just gain one back, part of the weight gain is me OK it me staying on track on the weekends kill me. However, you can do it.

Good for you, it is those little things that help at time of doubt. I have a pair jeans that I was getting to big for and the other day when I put them on they where lose. So losing 7lbs is a big thing. Keep going and remember the little stuff.
