  • Well I am 39 and I started jogging 3years ago do to a bad knee for right now all I do is job but I try to jog 5miles 3times a week it took me a while but I manage but I do spoil myself I get a massage at least once a month and I go to a coed spa dont let no one discourage you everyone's body is completely different
  • I use braggs apple cider vinegar and make it into tea I drink one cup in the morning and one at night I love it because it has alot of health benefits. You should read more about it. It does take a while to get use to it but is my to go for a replacement for coffee too

  • One of my friends gave me Up by Jawbone in May for my bday and ive started to loose weight it ever since I got it I was on WW for about a year and hit a platoo and stop loosing weight .I never take off the Jawbone I love it alot check out the review on it is a investment but, well worth it :wink:
