You have been losing weight, great Job! how long did it take you? My calorie intake isn't that much (yet) since I cut empty calories out my daily intake I haven't been able to eat enough calories, working on that! :bigsmile:

Thanks for responding, I actually ordered a training DVD incl 16k kettle bell, couple of months ago :blushing: still need to get started.... Is it as good as they tell you? for losing weight, toning and gaining muscle? Or.... will I be wasting my time with it, and start some other work out?

Buy a kettlebell and work out at home, start running early am when everybody is a sleep, play with the little guy! Lift him, turn him dance with him! He will love it!

well you have to start somewhere... I have just realized I wasn't eating right (Too much Proteins, too little carbs..) having a hard time to even reach 1200 calories.. no intention of fasting :noway: It's just a hell of a lot when you cut out bad carbs, sugar & alcohol etc
