I eat TDEE minus 20% and have been for the last 6 months. I'm down 50 lbs :) Right now I have my calories set to 1725 but I will admit that many days I only eat 1300-1400. Why is this not yippee? a tenth of a lb lost every week is one more week you didn't GAIN Wouldn't you MUCH rather lose 10 lbs over 100 weeks than GAIN 10 lbs over 100 weeks? Perspective my dear. I'm guessing it didn't take you a few weeks to put on the extra weight. Don't expect it to come off in a few weeks.

oh yeah no way :) I have one huge cheat meal a week, every single week. My daily allowance is around 1550 right now and my cheat meal day usually puts me at like 2800-3000/day once a week. I consistently still lose 1.5/week
