Breakfast: Never over 400 cals (never eat out for breakfast) Lunch: Usually between 200-500 cals Dinner: 400-500 cals Depending on how much cals I have in my meals I will have snack if I have cals left.

This doesnt answer your question but if you want to avoid eating before bed, then brush your teeth as soon as you get a hunger pang and you wont want to eat anything afterwards as you'll feel 'ready for bed' that goes from my experience :)

If you want a curver bum then squats and lots of them are the way forward! You can incorporate weight with it if you like.

I have been running using nike+ for a while now and also treadmill which correlate very accuratly. My average calories burned is 105 calories per mile (running at 10.5 minute mile pace). Hope this helps! So if you also run at around 10.5 use 100 calories per mile run as a rule of thumb.

Its defiantly possible (been sticking to it for 6 months) but if you struggle, then you incorporate exercise i.e. if you have gone over to say 1,400 calories then make sure you burn 200 calories in exercise :) Its great that you eat healthy but if you are eating too many calories (by eating big portions of say pasta etc)…

People are so quick to judge! What works for one may not work for another, everyone has different circumstances (different exercise goals, weight targets, body fat targets, PB targets and different metabolisms). Eating clean is simply the practice of avoiding processed and refined foods and basing your diet on whole foods (poptarts are not whole foods and are overly processed, wholegrain pasta and rice are 'whole' foods. Maybe we should agree to disagree and you can eat your poptarts happily :)

Well that probably explains it, if I eat 'unclean foods' before a long run I feel awful, but its probably makes you have a better weight session due to the quick energy release of the sugar (same probably applies to sprinting) where as, Id need slow release energy because I tend to run long distances.

It depends if you are also planning to exercise, eating clean will give you alot more energy to exercise (therefore you will burn alot more calories and subsequently have an easier weight loss journey) For instance if my pre gym snack was a pack of doritos I wouldnt be able to run without feeling lathargic and sick, where…

Just a pointer, if you do not exercise every single day, remember to take into account that you may eat more on the days you do not do any exercise so only eating 75% of cals burned may work better and equal the bad days out, rather than eating them all back completely :) (However that is only if you sometimes eat over…

To answer some of your questions when I burn 1,000 at the gym its usually by doing 1 hour on treadmill (600-700 cals- and half hour on cross trainer/eliptical 300 cal)

Best thing to do is to make sure you have calories left over for an evening snack, especially if you eat dinner fairly early!

10 minute warm up (jog) > 200 metre sprint followed by 200 Metre slow jog/walk back x 6 kills me off every time :) but good for results and easy to measure improvements!

Why do people complicate things! Diet books use egg whites without the yolk because it means eating a lot less calories if you just eat the white! Probably quicker and less waist full to buy the carton of egg whites.

As a reply to the comment that 30 minutes burns 200 cals, more than walking- there is no way of even telling this as the machines at curves to not have calorie counts? So this is more than likely just somebody prediction.

I for one have attended a curves introduction session and it was no where near as intence of a session I would need to increase my heart beat, it is best for those that are complete beginners with exercise and doesnt invove very much cardio what so ever, which is what you should be doing to loose a great deal of weight…

Chocolate :( everyone says 'ahhhh just eat it in moderation' NOT HAPPENING, so just decided to give it up altogether and crave it A LOT less now (been about 3 months) and gave up McDonalds 6 years ago :) oh and chicken Korma (been 8 months!) vowed to not eat it until i got to 9st 7! its difficult when inputting onto MFP as with the elliptical you can change the resistance and incline so calories burnt depend on this, as an example my incline is usually set to 5 and my resistance is 8 and I burn 300 cals in 30 minutes, however obviously machines very and so does peoples speed on the machine.
