Lightchoices cottage cheese with chive and onion is the best! I eat mine with smoked salmon or palma ham with lemon, really good! Or i put it in a toastes pitta bread with tuna or prawns also very good for lunch and low cal (weight watchers pitta bread)

Use either deep heat (assumi g you have it where u are) or tiger balm and massage it into the area which aches, gives a heat sensation and relieves the ache for definite! Also once you have this on it will also make stretching abit less painful so do it then, I also recommend taking a hot bath!

Hi I don't think this is to much however the toning exercises in insanity I.e squats/lunges may ache your legs and mean you aren't able to run aswell as if you were just running without the insanity! I recommend doing both but in the weeks upto your 5k ease of on any leg work with insanity to ensure your legs can endure…

I also think the elliptical is too high in calories, and its not all about that, if u feel a lot sweater and have a higher heart rate on the treadmill it's obviously making u work harder and means u will be burning more calories. DEFIANTLY but exercise along with it will make you burn a lot more, and also means you will be more likely to keep it up for longer! If you are trying to loose a lot of weight exercise is crucial!! other wise you will have excess skin and a lot of body fat still remaining.

I calorie count but incorporate weight watchers meals into this just for the fact that they are low cal :) Also tried insanity and believe you would get good results if you did both!

I feel the same, I dont understand why im finding it so easy yet loosing quite abit :/ maybe its just getting used to something and not realising the changes that are being made, i think the longer the diet goes on for the more you loose as you subconsciously eat less

I think its important to right what weight you are/were as rates of loss will be way higher depending on weight x
