Its all about weighing food and plate size, if you've weighed out your food and its in your calorie range then theres no reason to feel guilty if you've cleared your plate?

Very eye opening that you say this, ive lost 12 lbs and im 5 ft 4, havnt noticed much difference in terms of jeans getting looser but in pictures all the things you noted (chin, cheeks, arms etc) all look significantly smaller! Defiantly believe in this theory, unfortunately its harder to measure these places!

In my opinion 1,800 is quite alot of calories to be consuming if you want to loose weight, I would try cut that to 1,500 x
